LivingRoom Realty is a boutique real estate brokerage in Chicago. Founded by musician & artist Annie Coleman, the company focuses on helping creative people buy & sell property for their homes and businesses. LivingRoom came to us looking for a rebrand that was premium but accessible, with a warmth that reflected the group’s personality and a level of sophistication that befitted the their considerable experience in real estate, finance, design, and related fields. Anchored by an elegant custom wordmark and a subtle, earthy palette, the identity system is lovely and restrained, with modular elements like stickers and magnets used to add moments of levity and sweetness.
